Online Streaming
Happy New Year from Creighton Radio 95.9. We wanted to let you know that we will be discontinuing our 24/7 online streaming due to the exorbitant costs related to the digital licensing fees for music. In fact, the cost is twice as much to stream music online than it is to broadcast around Creighton.
We will however continue to have online streaming of our live shows and sports which you can find on www.CreightonRadio.com. Thank you all for your continued support of Creighton Community Radio.

SantaLand Scavenger Hunt
The brisk air didn't stop 20 vehicles from enjoying the first SantaLand Scavenger Hunt on December 10th. There were four winners with each receiving $25 in Creighton Bucks. The winners were Brian and Jara Fanta, Kathy Wagner, Eric & Kathy Burns, and Mallory Nielsen.
All participants came to Santa’s Workshop to obtain their Lighted Scavenger Hunt list. The list contained 14 items that needed to be placed in numerical order as the items were displayed throughout Santaland. Also the participants needed to count up the correct number of candy canes and candy sticks on the candy cane rope light fence.
It took each participant an average of 30 minutes to complete.
The participants seemed to have a great time. One group commented, "We really enjoyed it." Another stated that, "This really makes you take the time and thoroughly look at each and every type of display in the park and appreciate it." And another said, "We loved it and will definitely do it again."
The Scavenger Hunt was sponsored by the Creighton Area Chamber of Commerce.
